Shipping Information:

 All orders usually arrive in 1 or 2 business days unless you order express service.

 Packages going to Georgia are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

 Packages going to Alabama, S Carolina, N. Carolina, Tennessee and Florida are shipped on Monday and Tuesday.

q       We offer Free Shipping for orders:

    - over $95 shipped to anywhere in state of Georgia and for 

    - over $130 shipped to Tennessee, Alabama, S. Carolina, N. Carolina, Florida (no sales tax charged)

    - over $160 shipped to anywhere Eastern Time Zone (outside the states listed above) and Central Time Zone (no sales tax charged)

q       We only ship non-perishable items (dry goods) to states in Western Time zone and Canada and we do not ship perishable and frozen items to theese destinations just yet. Please check back for updates for this region.

 

 Orders going outside of Georgia, Alabama, S Carolina, N. Carolina, Tennessee and Florida may not qualify for UPS Ground shipping option and will require special handling. We may contact you for special arrangement.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee delivery if you're not at home when the driver comes. It is up to the driver's discretion whether to leave a package without a signature. To avoid such an issue, you may use a business address.

 

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

 Orders can be canceled until noon (12pm) of the next business day.

 Due to nature of the goods we ship it is not always possible to return products back to us.

 Our goal is your satisfaction. We work hard to earn your trust and your loyalty:

-         we do not use products that will be expired in 20 days or less;

-         all outgoing orders are double-checked before shipping;

-         all outgoing orders have 1 extra day of storage capacity, in case delivery of the shipment will be delayed;
